What are the gate access hours at Lydeo Storage Ripon?
Tenants can access their units 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office is open Mon–Fri 9am–4pm, Sat–Sun Closed.
How much does a storage unit cost?
Units at Lydeo Storage Ripon start at $50/month online. Prices vary by size and features; online rates are shown on every size page and you can reserve for free.
Do I need to pay to reserve a unit?
No. A reservation is free and needs no card: it saves your price, and you sign your lease and pay at the office on move-in day. Or rent online to sign and pay now and get your gate code in your account.
What do I need to move in?
A government-issued photo ID, your own lock (disc locks are recommended and sold in the office), and the first month's rent. Renting online lets you sign the agreement in advance.
How is rent billed?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Your first month is prorated by day; if you move in after the 20th, the following month is included on your move-in invoice. You can pay and view invoices in your online account.
Is my stuff insured?
Your belongings are your responsibility while in storage. Check whether your homeowner's or renter's policy covers off-site storage, or ask us about protection plans.
How do I move out?
Let us know before your next billing date, remove your lock and belongings, and leave the unit broom-clean. There's no long-term contract. Storage is month-to-month.
